The Alexander Technique is a method of re-educating the neuromuscular system.  In doing so, it teaches you to release stress and free your breathing, while improving your posture, balance and coordination. It can also help with back pain, high blood pressure and neck & shoulder tension. The Technique can also improve self-confidence, body awareness, concentration and general quality of life.

The Alexander Technique is a world-renowned technique that has been in existence for over 110 years.  It now forms part of the curriculum at hundreds of performance art institutions across the globe, among them London College of Music, LAMDA, Julliard, Boston College of the Arts, University of Toronto, University of Limerick, Ireland, DCU, Dublin and since January 2014 at the National Opera Studio of Bellas Artes in Mexico City, where Louise is currently the resident teacher.
